Personalized products and withdrawal

Each WunderMaker book currently sold is made to the customer’s specifications and is clearly personalized. Under German law (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB), there is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for such goods. This exception applies when the contract is concluded and does not depend on production having started. Equivalent destination-law rules may apply.

If WunderMaker accepts a cancellation or change before production, it is a voluntary service and does not create a statutory withdrawal right. If a non-personalized item is offered in the future, the required separate withdrawal information will be provided where applicable.

Before placing the order

Review every page, spelling, selected version, format and delivery address carefully. An individual page can be regenerated before checkout. The preview and approval process does not limit the voluntary money-back guarantee or statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

The money-back guarantee does not replace mandatory statutory conformity rights. For a book that is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming, contact Support with the order number. A description and photographs can be useful but are not required to submit a request. Mandatory remedies remain free of charge and can include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, price reduction or termination and refund.

Consumers in the European Union ordinarily have a statutory conformity period of at least two years after delivery. Applicable national law may provide additional protection. Do not return a personalized book before receiving instructions.
