Can a child share the story with someone they love?

Yes. Choose a story for a child and favorite grown-up, or an adventure for two children such as siblings, cousins or best friends. Each product page shows exactly who can star.

Can I see the whole book before ordering?

Yes. You can preview every generated page. If a page is not right, regenerate that page and choose which version to use.

When will the book arrive?

Each personalized book is made to order. Current production and delivery estimates are shown during checkout for the selected destination.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us so we can review the issue. Returns information for personalized goods and your statutory rights are set out in the returns policy.
