Production and dispatch
Personalized books are made to order. Production takes place after an order is completed and before the parcel is handed to a delivery provider.
Delivery methods, charges and estimates
Available methods, charges and the applicable delivery estimate are displayed during checkout after the destination is entered. They can differ by country, address and book format. WunderMaker delivers without undue delay and, unless another delivery time is agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Tracking and delivery risk
When the delivery provider makes tracking available, tracking information is sent using the contact details attached to the order. Provider updates can take time to appear. For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage remains with WunderMaker until the customer or a person nominated by the customer takes physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier independently commissioned by the customer.
Addresses and delivery problems
Check the delivery address before ordering. Contact support@wundermaker.shop immediately if a correction is needed; a change might not be possible after production or dispatch has started.
For a delayed, damaged or missing parcel, contact Support with the order number. The delivery record will be reviewed and the available remedy explained. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Money-back guarantee returns
For an approved claim under the 30-day 100% money-back guarantee, WunderMaker pays the return cost. The refund includes attributable original shipping: all original shipping for a whole-order return and a proportional share for a partial return. Contact Support before returning a book.
