Made to order

Every personalized book is prepared for production after an order is completed. Production takes place before the parcel is handed to a delivery provider.

Delivery options and charges

Available delivery methods, charges and the applicable delivery estimate are shown at checkout after the destination is entered. Options can differ by country, address and book format. WunderMaker delivers without undue delay and, unless another delivery time is agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Tracking

When the delivery provider makes tracking available, the tracking information is sent using the contact details attached to the order. Tracking updates are supplied by the delivery provider and can take time to appear.

Address changes

Check the delivery address carefully before ordering. If a correction is needed, contact support@wundermaker.shop immediately. An address change might not be possible after production or dispatch has started.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels

If an order is late compared with the latest estimate shown at checkout, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact support with the order number. The delivery record will be reviewed and the available remedy explained. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
