What is personalized?
The available names, roles, character details and illustrations are adapted for the selected story. The exact fields are shown in the customizer because they vary by book.
Can a child share the story with someone they love?
Yes. Choose a story for a child and their favorite grown-up, or an adventure for two children together, such as siblings, cousins or best friends. The product page shows exactly who stars in each story.
What photos work best?
Upload one separate, clear photo per personalized person. Only that person should be visible. Full- or half-body photos with the face clearly visible work best. Avoid group shots, heavy filters, face coverings and very dark or blurry images.
Can I crop or edit a photo in the customizer?
No crop is required. Upload the original photo and replace it if the preview is not suitable.
Preview and ordering
Can I see the whole book before paying?
Yes. The complete generated book can be previewed before it is added to the cart.
What if I am not happy with the finished book?
Every directly purchased physical book is covered by the 30-day 100% money-back guarantee when that version is recorded with the order. Contact Support within 30 days after delivery. No reason or photo is required. WunderMaker pays for the return and refunds everything paid for the returned book, including attributable original shipping, taxes and duties collected by WunderMaker.
Can I change a generated page?
Regenerate the whole page, compare the generated versions and choose the one you prefer.
Which formats and languages are available?
The current books are available in English and German, with soft-cover and hard-cover format options. The exact options and current price are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Delivery, returns and privacy
When will an order arrive?
Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown during checkout for the destination entered. Personalized books are made to order, so production happens before dispatch.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support@wundermaker.shop immediately. WunderMaker may voluntarily accept a change or cancellation before production, but this may not be possible once production has started. Because each book is made to the customer’s specifications and clearly personalized, there is normally no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the book. The voluntary money-back guarantee and statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods remain separate and unaffected.
How are photos and customization details used?
