Guarantee version 2026-07-12-v1 covers eligible physical WunderMaker books bought directly from WunderMaker when this version is recorded in the order confirmation. Preview every page before ordering. If the customer is not completely happy after delivery, they can contact Support with the order number within 30 days. No defect, explanation, photograph or original packaging is required.

WunderMaker normally provides a prepaid return label and may waive the return for a lost or severely damaged book or when return costs would be uneconomic. There is no return or restocking fee. The refund includes the returned book’s net price after discounts, taxes and duties collected by WunderMaker, and attributable original shipping. Full original shipping is refunded for a whole-order return; a proportional share is refunded for a partial return.

The refund is issued to the original payment method at the carrier’s first acceptance scan, or when Support approves a return waiver. Payment-provider posting can take additional time. Personalized books and statutory withdrawal

Each WunderMaker book currently sold is made to the customer’s specifications and is clearly personalized. Under German law (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB), there is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for such goods. The exception applies when the contract is concluded and does not depend on production having started. Equivalent destination-law rules may apply.

WunderMaker may voluntarily accept a cancellation or change before production, but this might no longer be possible after production starts. A voluntary cancellation does not create a statutory withdrawal right. If a non-personalized item is offered in the future, separate withdrawal information will be provided where required.

Statutory conformity rights

The voluntary satisfaction guarantee does not exclude, restrict or replace mandatory rights for goods that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming. Those remedies remain free of charge and can include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, price reduction or termination and refund. Consumers in the European Union ordinarily have a statutory conformity period of at least two years after delivery; applicable national law can provide additional protection.
