At Wunder Maker, every book is unique. Because our products are personalized to your specifications, we cannot restock or resell them.
1. The Wunder Maker Quality Promise
We guarantee that your book will arrive in perfect condition.
We will replace your book or offer a refund if:
- Print Errors: There are streaks, missing pages, or ink issues.
- Binding Issues: The book is improperly bound or defective.
- Shipping Damage: The book arrived damaged or bent.
If you encounter any of these technical issues, please contact us at info@wundermaker.shop with a photo of the defect. You generally do not need to return the damaged item to us; we will arrange a solution (reprint or refund) immediately.
2. Customer Responsibility
Since every book is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for customer input errors.
Before placing your order, you have the opportunity to preview the entire content. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have checked:

The overall content of the book.
We print exactly what you submit. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for typos, incorrect names, or content choices that were visible in the preview.
