Guarantor and covered purchases
This voluntary guarantee is provided by Wunder Maker, Kevin Schlieper, Lissi-Kaeser-Straße 28, 80797 München, Germany. Email: support@wundermaker.shop.
It covers physical WunderMaker books bought directly from WunderMaker for delivery to a destination where this offer is displayed and recorded in the order confirmation. It can cover one book in a multi-book order. Purchases from another seller are not covered.
Make a claim within 30 days of delivery
Open the Money-back guarantee / return Support form or email Support and provide the order number within 30 days after the book is delivered. No defect, explanation, photograph or original packaging is required. A reason may be shared voluntarily, but it is optional.
Free return
Wait for return instructions before sending the book. WunderMaker normally provides a prepaid return label. If a prepaid label is not available for the destination, Support will arrange or reimburse reasonable tracked return postage so the customer does not pay the return cost. No return or restocking fee is charged.
Support may waive the physical return where the book is lost, severely damaged or the return would be uneconomic. If the return is not waived, the supplied return instructions must be followed; the guarantee can be refused if the book is not returned.
What the refund includes
The refund includes the net price actually paid for each returned book after discounts, all taxes and duties collected by WunderMaker for that book, and the attributable original shipping charge. When the whole order is returned, the full original shipping charge is refunded. For a partial return, original shipping is refunded in proportion to the returned books’ share of the order’s net book price.
The refund is issued to the original payment method when the carrier records the first acceptance scan. If Support waives the return, the refund is issued when the waiver is approved. The payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to the account.
Limited exclusions
The guarantee does not cover purchases from another seller, amounts already reimbursed, fraudulent claims, or failure to return a book when Support has not waived the return. A refund will never exceed the amount attributable to the returned book and its shipping, taxes and duties.
Statutory rights remain unaffected
This is a voluntary satisfaction guarantee, not a statutory right of withdrawal and not a replacement for statutory conformity rights. Mandatory remedies for a book that is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming remain free of charge and unaffected. Depending on applicable law, these remedies can include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination and refund. Consumers in the European Union ordinarily have a legal conformity period of at least two years after delivery.
Later changes to this offer do not reduce the guarantee version recorded for an earlier order.
